The CDC is a member of
the Ontario Association of
 Community Development
 Corporations

The CDC has been providing business financing in the Orillia area since 1984. In that time we have invested over $9.4 million in our local community and have created or maintained more than 1,600 jobs. The approach of the CDC has been somewhat different from traditional lenders as we provide ongoing assistance and monitoring on an 'as needed' basis. It is the continued support provided by the CDC to its clients that has enabled the corporation to maintain a highly successful loan portfolio.
